No. Your spouse does not need to be enrolled on your UMR-administered health plan for Trinity Behavioral Health to consider them for its couples sponsorship model. Trinity can verify your own qualifying plan benefits. If your spouse is uninsured or not enrolled under your plan, Trinity may separately review that eligible person for sponsorship.

Is sponsorship the same as dependent coverage?
