Trinity Behavioral Health can verify your qualifying UMR-administered benefits for your own addiction treatment while separately reviewing your uninsured or non-covered partner for Trinity’s couples sponsorship model. Your employer health plan benefits apply only to enrolled eligible members. Trinity sponsorship is separate and does not make your partner covered by your UMR-administered plan.

Does UMR itself insure my treatment?
