The uninsured partner is not automatically covered by the UMR-administered plan. Couples treatment also requires an individual clinical review for each person, and travel arrangements should be confirmed before coming to California.

What if only one of us has UMR benefits?
UMR is a third-party administrator, so Trinity must verify the specific employer-sponsored plan for eligibility, network status, covered services, cost sharing, and authorization requirements.
