Your BCBS benefits apply to you as the enrolled member. Trinity sponsorship is separate and does not make your spouse covered by BCBS.

Whose treatment does BCBS cover?
BCBS coverage applies to people who are actually enrolled and eligible under the plan. If only one partner is enrolled, Trinity verifies that person’s benefits, network status, cost sharing, and authorization requirements.
