A MultiPlan PPO network may be used for covered addiction treatment for each eligible partner, but a MultiPlan logo does not create a universal couples-rehab benefit or automatically cover two people together. Trinity Behavioral Health accepts MultiPlan network arrangements. MultiPlan is a provider network, so each partner’s underlying insurer or plan administrator, eligibility, network status, authorization, medical necessity, deductible, and cost sharing must be verified separately.

Can MultiPlan cover couples rehab?
MultiPlan itself does not determine the treatment benefit. The underlying health plan may cover clinically appropriate addiction treatment for an enrolled individual. One person’s benefits or authorization do not automatically cover the other partner.
Can both partners use plans that access MultiPlan?
Potentially. Each policy should be reviewed independently because the underlying insurers, administrators, deductibles, networks, and authorization rules can differ.
What treatment services may be relevant?
Depending on each person’s clinical needs and plan benefits, treatment may include detox, residential rehab, PHP, or IOP. Trinity also provides a couples rehab program.
