The uninsured partner is not automatically covered by Cigna. What if only one of us has Cigna?
Trinity verifies the enrolled member’s own Cigna benefits, including eligibility, network status, covered treatment, cost sharing, and authorization requirements. If the other partner has no coverage, Trinity may review that person separately for sponsorship.
Does sponsorship make my partner a Cigna dependent?
