If Anthem Blue Cross approves your treatment but your spouse is uninsured, Trinity Behavioral Health may separately review your spouse for its couples sponsorship model. Your Anthem coverage or authorization applies only to you as the enrolled member. It does not automatically cover your spouse. If sponsorship and couples-treatment eligibility are confirmed, you may be able to enter treatment together.

Does my Anthem approval cover my spouse?
