Trinity Behavioral Health can verify your qualifying UMR-administered plan benefits for your own addiction treatment while separately reviewing your uninsured or non-covered spouse for Trinity’s couples sponsorship model. Your employer plan benefits apply only to enrolled eligible members. Trinity sponsorship is separate and does not make your spouse covered under your plan.

Who determines my treatment benefits?
UMR is a third-party administrator. The employer-sponsored health plan determines benefits, network access, authorization requirements, and member cost sharing. Trinity verifies the specific plan before admission.
How is my spouse’s treatment handled?
If your spouse is uninsured or not enrolled under your health plan, Trinity may separately evaluate them for sponsorship. Sponsorship does not add your spouse to the plan or transfer your benefits.
Can we attend couples rehab together?

Can Trinity help us travel to California?
Yes. Trinity can help eligible couples coordinate flight arrangements, arrival planning, ground transportation coordination, travel logistics, and discharge travel planning when applicable. Exact assistance should be confirmed before booking travel.
