Does Trinity guarantee plane tickets?
No. Trinity can help with flight coordination, arrival planning, ground-transportation coordination, travel logistics, and discharge travel planning when applicable. Free airfare, reimbursement, a specific airline, airport, or transportation arrangement is not guaranteed.
What should happen before travel is booked?
The insured partner’s current behavioral-health benefits should be verified first. Because ValueOptions is a legacy name now associated with Carelon Behavioral Health, Trinity should identify the underlying payer, current administrator, network, covered services, and any authorization requirements.
What about the uninsured partner?
