No. Your partner does not need their own ValueOptions eligibility for Trinity Behavioral Health to consider them for its couples sponsorship model. If you are the insured partner, Trinity can verify your qualifying behavioral-health benefits. If your spouse or partner is uninsured or not enrolled under the plan, Trinity may separately review that eligible person for sponsorship.

Is sponsorship the same as dependent coverage?
No. Trinity sponsorship does not add your partner to an insurance plan, create ValueOptions eligibility, or transfer your benefits to another person. If the partner is already enrolled under the health plan, their own benefits can be verified separately.
